Shipping Policy

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing the order and a dispatch email/SMS once the order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post.

  • Delivery to remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on the courier’s service availability.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other major cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If you are unavailable, the package may be held at the nearest courier facility or returned to us.

  • If returned due to incomplete address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • We plan to expand this service in the future.


9. Change of Address

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

  • If you need to update your address, please contact our customer support within 2 hours of placing the order.
